Reports, client reports and white-label
- Monthly reports are generated on the 1st of each month for the previous month and emailed to the account's users (and to client recipients on Agency plans). Disable them in Settings.
- On-demand reports cover the last 30 days: Store → Generate report or Send report to client.
- Each report contains: period, domain, pages tested, score and trend, open issues by severity, new / resolved / regressed issues, purchase-journey results, checkout-path issues, template-level issues, recommendations and the limitations of automated testing.
- Branding (Agency): logo, name, colour, footer, reply-to address on client emails.
- White-label (Agency Pro): client-facing reports, links and emails do not mention TabToCart.
- Each report has a private, unguessable client link you can share.
