Accessibility testing disclaimer

TabToCart provides automated accessibility monitoring. Please read carefully:

  • Not a legal certification. Nothing in the Service, its scores, reports or emails states or implies that a website is legally compliant or conforms to WCAG, EN 301 549, the European Accessibility Act or any other law or standard.
  • Automated testing is partial. Many accessibility requirements need human judgement. The W3C explains that tools cannot determine conformance on their own.
  • Sampling. Only a sample of pages and one purchase journey are tested. The journey stops before payment.
  • Indicative score. The Accessibility Health Score is an internal indicator used to track trends. A high score does not mean the site is accessible.
  • Not legal advice. Information about laws (including the European Accessibility Act) is general and may be outdated. Consult a qualified adviser for your situation.
